EMS 82

2005 International 4300 Ambulance. This vehicle is a paramedic level ambulance and one of the contracted ambulances to the Wake County EMS System and covers the Garner South District. This vehicle has the color scheme introduced in 2003 and replaced in 2007.

2001 Ford E450 Ambulance. This vehicle is a spare ambulance to the fleet and fills in as a peak load ambulance and is also used to cover special events. This vehicle has the original color scheme replaced in 2003.

BLS 871

2008 Chevrolet G3500 Ambulance. This vehicle is used in the Garner Medical Transport Division as a BLS ambulance.

2001 Ford E350 Ambulance. This vehicle is used in the Garner Medical Transport Division as a BLS ambulance.

BLS 879

2008 Ford E350 Van. This vehicle is used in the Garner Medical Transport Division as a wheelchair tranport van.

Squad 881

2007 Spartan/EVI Heavy Rescue. This vehicle carries all the rescue equipment required by the North Carolina Association of EMS & Rescue Squad's Heavy Rescue Standards. In addition, it carrys an Oceanic Swift Water Rescue Boat and rehabilitation supplies such as Kore Kooler Chairs and misting fans.

Squad 882

1991 Ford Heavy Rescue. This vehicle serves as a back up to Squad 881 and carries a full compliment of heavy rescue equipment.

Boat 891

90hp Rescue Boat. This boat carries BLS medical equipment, water rescue and SCUBA equipment. This boat is equipped for water rescues and stand by events at area lakes.

(Top) Flat bottom "John Boat" used for water rescue and recovery operations. This boat is equipped with body recovery equipment.

ATV 899

2004 Yahmaha Pro Hauler. This vehicle is equipped with BLS medical equipment, fire etinquishers, water can and is capable of transporting a patient on a long board. This vehicle is mainly used for stand by events at the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek and the Town of Garner's 4th of July Celebration. It is also kept duty ready for off road emergencies.

Spare QRV

2000 Ford Explorer. This vehicle is used for administrative and fleet management functions for the department. It formally served as a Chief's vehicle.
